Only had one issue with a PSU failure and a free replacement shipped out the day I reported the fault! Infrant got bought by NetGear, but they still sell the ReadyNAS NV+, and i'd recommend it highly. I have four 320GB drives in mine and it just runs for ever. I'm using an APC UPS with it too.
