Where Have I Been?

An Outsourcing Nightmare Turns Into A Public Apology

But there is something that I must publicly apologize for.
As I will explain in a post later, I have been creating some software for a very cool piece of marketing software and when it came time to get the web site created I did what I normally do, I outsourced it.
And I have had some bad experience with outsourcing before but generally it is a good experience. But I have never had an experience like this. I hired an outsourcer, one that I have used in the past to create the sales pages and landing page for these new products.
