Today I am going to tell you about the software that has kept me busy (in a good way) since late last year and into 2010.  The software is called Rapid Action Profits (RAP for short) and it is an “All-In-One Sales and Reseller Management Solution”.  That is how the web site for RAP describes itself.  And yes it is that but it is also so much more!

RAP does handle all of the sales process and also manages all of the reseller pieces like signups and payments all automatically.  And it has a ton of other features like split testing sales pages, auto email list signup for new customers, support for both affiliates and JV’s, equity partner payment support, support for handling OTOs and so much more.

But beyond just what comes in the core RAP product, RAP is easily extensible.  In fact here is how I like to think of RAP.  RAP is like a tractor.  A tractor is powerful all by itself but the power really comes in when you attach that mower deck, or the plow or snow blower, the tiller for your garden, the trailer to move stuff around.  You get the idea, you add on pieces to the tractor to make it even more powerful.

That is what addons for RAP can do.  With addons you can have RAP support just about any type of sales site you can imagine.  I have personally setup Micro-Continuity sites with automatic shipping of a kunaki product.  With nothing needing to be done by me at all.  I have setup digital product delivery sites and even mixed sites with a digital primary product and physical OTO.  The options are endless.

Since the beginning of the year I have moved all of my Micro-Continuity sites to RAP.  This has saved me many many hours because I no longer have to order the kunaki products, the membership is all handles 100% automatic.

And the one thing I did not mention is RAP is an instant payment solution as well.  When the customer pays the money is immediately available to you and/or your affiliate.  This is a HUGE selling point to the affiliates.  They do not have to wait for weeks to get the money for the product they just sold.  If your affiliate makes a sale while they are sleeping, they wake up with money in their paypal account!

As you can probably tell I am excited about this software and could go on and on about it.  What I am going to do is over the next few Fridays talks about some of the addons that are available and what they can do for you.  Then I am going to talk about the different ways that RAP can be setup.  So stay tuned on Fridays for a post about RAP.
