Hey, just want to put up a quick post to let everyone know of some changes in our support system. Didn’t want anyone to be surprised
This past week we worked to combine all support sites for all of our products, services and sites into one support center. This helps us to serve our customers better because all support can be handled from one location. The main support site is located on the geniusideastudio.com web site but for ease of remembering we also have setup askmikemyers.com to take everyone to the support site. For a period of time we will also be forwarding the old support sites to the new address.
