When we moved from Maryland to Florida we moved from a nice piece of land with no HOA where I had a 50 ft tower to an HOA restricted community where antennas are not permitted.
In addition to having restrictions we moved into a house with less than half of the square footage. For the first year I was working out of our master bedroom and had a very simple shack.
We added on a new room for my office, workshop and shack. This is a tour of the new shack. If you have see my previous videos of me building my last hamhack (at the old house) some of this will look familiar.
